In case you haven’t heard the old adage, your thoughts have power. Our thoughts have the literal ability to affect us physically, both positively and negatively. The good new is, YOU get to choose. We recommend healthier options such as Yerba Mate or hot Tea instead of Coffee, if you decide you want a kick. Also it doesn’t hurt to add some great winter wardrobe pieces like an fancy looking peacoat. Just google it, if you don’t what that is and imagine how classy you’d look. Or get a scarf with your favorite sports team or some stylish boots. Anything that gives you a smile and makes you feel good.
Warmup For New Year
We like to view winter is as a warm up to the new year. As you know some mammals go into hibernation during the winter. They get their bearings, no pun intended, and rejuvenate themselves for when the warm weather returns.
Instead of viewing winter as a depressing time that will hinder your goals, think of it as bootcamp to tough it out and emerge like a butterfly when spring returns. Not to mention all your daily objectives to reach your goals, will feel easier when warmer weather comes back.
So use the winter months to prepare.
